Last night marked the beginning of a 4 year endeavor of all the new incoming freshmen to San Diego State University. The freshman were taught the SDSU fight song by Coach Hoke, the football coach, and they proceeded to walk through Hepner's Hall to become inducted as Aztecs for Life. This is a tradition that started back in 1930 when Hepner Hall was first built at the current location of SDSU. Below are just a couple photos taken from the night. Enjoy.

Uncork the Cure was an event put on by the San Diego chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. This event was held downtown at 6th and J st and was at a large venue with lots of room for the 300+ in attendance. There were all kinds of vendors and more importantly the were some celebrities in attendance. Ali Fedotowsky, Tenley Molzahn, Roberto Martinez, and Kiptyn Locke from the show The Bachelor were all in there together to help raise money for CF. Kiptyn even auctioned off a dinner for 8 at his own home in Encinitas which sold for around $1,000!
Overall the event was an absolute success and raise nearly $50,000! Congrats to the CFF chapter of San Diego.
